Return Policy

Thanks for shopping with us! We understand the decisions of making an online purchase and determining if it'll be a good fit. If you would like to make a return, you have 14 days to return your merchandise after your package has been marked delivered. All returning items must be authorized by Ardorposh and shipped out within the 14 day period. Any returns after the 14 day period will be denied. All refunds will be processed as store credit and we do not refund shipping costs. We do not issue refunds towards your original method of payment. 

Returning items must be in it's original and salable condition. We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise if they do not meet the requirements below. Returns must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unaltered 
  • Unscented (no perfume, cigarettes, and strong odors...)
  • No Stains (makeup, deodorant, grass, and dirt stains...)
  • No Pet Fur 
  • No damage
  • Tags Attached

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Please notify us of any defective items within 3 days after the package is marked delivered. 

EXCHANGES
Based on limited styles and quantities, we cannot guarantee an exchange in your desired size and style. If we have the size and style you would like to exchange it for, we will do our best to assist you.

MAKING A RETURN

  1. To request a return, please contact us at returns@ardorposh.com.
  2. When returning, please include your packaging slip along with your authorized merchandise. Any merchandise not listed on the return invoice will not be eligible for a return and will not be counted as store credit. 
  3. Once we receive the return package, we will inspect the merchandise. If the item/items meet the return requirements, store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card and emailed to you. Please check your email inbox/spam folder to ensure it is received. If the item/items does not meet the return requirements, we will notify you. We will not be responsible for shipping back a return that doesn't meet the requirements.
  4. The original shipping charges from your order are non refundable.
